How to get tenants to leave a condemned apartment?

 My sister / pop rented an apartment in MA and her daughter ... the son who showed up to 19-20 years, a summary of flying, etc. harass owners actually started harassing my sister and my father.

 You may be filed for the department condemned to take charge, or you can sue for harassment. any corroboration, I mean everything they do has been insulted. They also changed the locks illegally, which is also a reason for removal. Have they paid the rent this month at all?

Landlord/tenant issues..major issues... illegal issues... HELP!long, but PLEASE?

John Jacob Astor IV, who was one of the richest men in America, went down with the vessel in 1912 after helping his pregnant wife escape into the last lifeboat. But at the St. Regis, one of Manhattan's oldest pleasure hotels, the aristocratic sensibilities of the Gilded Age remain intact. Butlers in waxen ties and black tailcoats still roam the hallways.
