How to clean white and black linoleum's floors without using harsh cleaners?

 Normally I get on my hands and knees and scrub with light grease. It works mentioned, but have no time to rub on my knees more, the more it kills my back. The smell also gets to me after a while.

 You need a microfiber mop. They are sold on qvc.com or possibly in Wal Mart. They are fantastic and chemicals are not pre-requisites.

How do I remove dark stains on my white linoleum caused by something sitting on it for long periods of time?

 I am effective into a new house with white linoleum floors in the kitchenette and bathrooms. In the bathroom, the foregoing owners left a washroom bowl brush holder on the floor of the bathroom; and when I removed it, there was a titanic black/purple stain where it was sitting.

 Try a the priesthood soaked in hydrogen Peroxide. Keep checking it. To keep this from taking place, you need to continually sanitize the bathroom. I suggest one of those frizzy carpets to place the holder on. Also, blow up b coddle sure there is not a leak in the bathroom. Run the hole fan to help keep the humidity
