how do i fix my new door handle?

 I recently purchased a Baldwin door handle and install. but it seems to me in a friendly atmosphere with the latch. goes but do not be touched back. I think the problem might be to pin on the incarcerated. It has two distinct parts.

 Try the approval of two long screws at half back or not. if they are too tight, it will block the operation. I bet a dime to the dollar that will fix your refractories. give it a try.
