Facebook for Android update pulls new icons, acts like nothing ever happened

On Saturday, Facebook made an update to its Android app that removed the the icons it introduced in tardy April — icons that were so similar to their stock Android counterparts that the cast felt it was necessary to put a Facebook badge on them. The company had introduced a new camera icon, called "Camera", and updated the Go-between app with a new icon which appeared eerily similar to the stock SMS icon.

The latest update notes that the icons were removed, but neglects to give a talk over with why. Some have come to the conclusion that the icons were confusing to users , which isn't surprising settled the situation. With the default settings, the app drawer in Android sorts applications alphabetically. This means that because Facebook named their camera icon "Camera," it would occur right after the stock camera icon. Similarly, the Facebook Errand-girl comes right after the stock SMS app "Messaging." Facebook tried to side-reduce intervene the issue by including badges on the icons, but apparently this remedy didn't go far enough.

***Disclaimer...I want to rationalize that, for the most part, the styling in these pictures are things from around my dwelling. So some of the styles aren't accurately how I would do them at a Legitimate happening, but I wanted to try and give you some ideas visually...and to be moral, pictures of drawer pulls by themselves aren't positively charming. Oh how I would taste to have lots of remarkably shekels to positively do these homemade posts up for you, but since I only grant myself a mundane budget...this will only have to do! And that snow-white archives balled thingy is a mushroom I made. They look Dear in yourself...the pictures justified don't do them lawfulness! On the fascinate I lately worn a brown Sharpie to a postal card menu on it.
