Where can I find dresser pulls with a 1 inch spacing in Louisville KY ?

 I have an old dresser and impecuniousness to replace the knobs and handles. The center takes only 1 inch center spacing. The smallest of those that today are only 2 3 / 4 inches.

What can I use to clean Dresser pulls?

 I've had tolerable luck over the years using lemon strength if they are the antique copper or cheek pulls.
