How to fix my screen door?

 My screen door has a hydraulic arm which allows it to quickly slowly. The door is metal and attaches the arm with a few screws.

Now, all holes mismanagement are so loose arm is falling off all, or does not hold tight.

 A handful of things you can try.
Try more stress.
Use an epoxy like JB soldering in the screw holes and screw the machine screw in again.
Put all the bolts through the door.

 I have two cats that are indoor cats. Acquire a win summer time, we like to be off the doors open in the line. As the screen doors are not real tight our cats would at the end of the day figure out how to squeeze through the cracks in the door.
Any suggestions on how

 They scrape by spring loaded closers (not reliable what they are called) for screen doors. That would shut the door tightly each time.
