Are there any compact fluorescent bulbs that are equal to GE Reveals?

 I read a lot about these CFLs and I want to take some up.

Currently I use GE bulbs Celebrate (they are made of blue glass) that takes the yellow hue of the under-weighting.

There are CFL reveals what to do?

Why are compact fluorescent bulbs so noisy?

 I've tried the tinpot brands, and GE brand. They all act as if noise I can hear in serenity room. Not as bad a tubes, but it's there nonetheless. I keep hearing how CFL's have improved, but I've not heard it in himself.
