How often should I have my house vents cleaned out?

 The breakdown in our house, how often should you have them cleaned by professionals?

 I've never had our mouths washed and here for over 20 years. He hardly moves up what is there.

 Equitable turned AC on and a rubber pong started coming out of vents, followed by plumes of ghastly smoke pouring into the house. OMG its obnoxious! I turned it off but what could be wrong?

 The v-beat driving the fan is burning. That means the blower bearings have seized.

That's a set right for a pro.

Q: A year ago, we moved into an old rental house that had been remodeled. Afterwards, we have had respiratory problems and can smell mold. It's worse in the morning. The house has no scullery vent, no bathroom vent and crawlspace vents, and only one vent for the attic. It also concerns me that the gutters do not take the rain away from the house. It pools up around the house and seeps in around the foundation. How do I argue this with the Boniface? Or should we just move?
